Terms and conditions
Following terms & conditions apply to all international shipments (outside USA & Canada) through Sciclips Direct. Please read and understand these terms and conditions before you place the order.
All the payments including the product cost, shipping and handling costs should be pre-paid; either by wire transfer or Demand draft (credit card payment is not currently available). The products will be shipped only after we confirm the payment. Products can be shipped through customer?s account with international carriers.

Customs clearance, Customs duty, other related fees and taxes/charges will be beared by the customer. Sciclips do not handle Customs clearance or anything related to this. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to make arrangements for Customs clearence. Before we ship the products you should confirm necessary arrangements for Customs clearance. If your Customs department requires special documents along with the shipment you should inform this to us before we ship the products. If you fail to do this, we will not be responsible for any delays in Customs clearance and we do not repalce the products or refund the cost you paid.

A $30 wire transfer fee will be charged to all the orders below US $1000

The products are not returnable. Once we ship the products through our vendor companies, you cannot return the products and the payments are non-refundable. In any exceptional situations if you request for replacement, the shipping and handling costs should be pre-paid by you as well as the vendor company should approve your repalcement request. In this case, the Customs clearance ,Customs duty, related fees/charges and taxes will be your responsibility.

If you order products directly from our vendor companies using Sciclips promotion code, you will follow the terms and conditions required by vendor companies. Sciclips is not responsible or handle these direct shipments

All payments should be in US dollars. At this time we do not accept payments online although we plan to make this service available (for shipments to US and Canada) in the coming months.
